Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and will do our best to accommodate changes to appointments.

Late cancellations and missed appointments come at substantial cost to our business.

All appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment and missed appointments will incur the relevant full private appointment fee.

Future appointments will be unable to be booked until the fee is paid.

Need to change your online booking? Click the “Cancel appointment” link in your confirmation email, and follow the prompts to cancel and/or reschedule if needed.
